Community Piano Experience
It is never too late to learn to play the piano!
The Community Piano Experience has been offering lessons to members of the Lincoln community since 2002!
Join us for an exciting eleven-week class of beginning or intermediate piano lessons held on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus!
Class Times and Dates:
Beginning level meets Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00 pm, beginning February 13th, 2024. No class on March 12th.
Intermediate level meets Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm, beginning February 15th, 2024. No class on March 14th.
Class Features:
Fun, social, and supportive, with a maximum of 16 students per class
Open to everybody -- No prior experience necessary
Taught with the latest instructional materials and techniques
Designed especially for adults in the community. Register as individuals or with friends!
Students will:
Learn basic music-reading and keyboarding skills
Increase hand-eye coordination
Have fun making music in a low-pressure group environment!

Our Instructors:
Both beginner and intermediate courses will be taught by CPE Assistant Coordinator Rebekah Stiles. Rebekah is a second-year DMA student in piano performance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has been Assistant Coordinator of the Lincoln CPE program since 2022.
